Secret Space Program Conference – Richard Dolan Discourse

The Secret Space Program Conference was held on the 3rd of April 2011 in Amsterdam and boasted a lineup of many notable speakers. One of the many upper echelon reserachers that took part in this event was Richard Dolan, who in the year 2000 published a 500-page study named UFOs and the National Security State.   This conference also featured Timothy Good, who has amounted over 30 years of research, and who has authored Above Top Secret: The Worldwide UFO Cover-up [1987], which became an instant bestseller at hand.  Also showcased in this conference is Peter Levenda, who wrote Unholy Alliance: A History of Nazi Involvement With the Occult and also Richard Hoagland who was a NASA Consultant who authored Dark Mission, which focuses on the secret history of NASA.  These are only some of the noteworthy speakers who took part in the Secret Space Program Conference.

The above presentation focuses on Richard Dolan’s research of the Secret Space Program.

In true methodical fashion, Richard Dolan focuses from beginning to end in his presentation on the inner workings of the covert Secret Space Program in an incredibly incisive fashion.

Early in his lecture, Mr. Dolan hones in on the signature statement by Ben Rich, who was the CEO of the Skunkworks Division of Lockheed at one time.  Dolan proceeds to break down the provocative statement Ben Rich said at the UCLA School of Engineering regarding humans already having the technology to take ET back home.

Other aspects referenced by Mr. Dolan are what some would term ‘classic’ Military Documentation gathered via the Freedom Of Information Act [FOIA] such as the Twining Memo [1947], the Minot AFB UFO Landing Memo [1966], the DIA Memo regarding the Iranian Jet Fighter Incident [1976], the Halt Memo [1981], the DIA Documents pertaining to the Belgian UFO wave [1990] as well as a myriad of other pertinent documentation.

With his usual calm and engaging demeanour, Richard Dolan carries out the entire presentation in a method that anyone, be it neophyte or veteran to the subject, could understand.

Besides expounding about military documentation, Mr. Dolan covers anonymous information leaks, crash retreivals and the people possibly in control of this covert and powerful world.  In addition, he delves into secrecy revolving the programs and the multitude of levels that this particular secrecy encompasses.

The 2001 Disclosure Program is also addressed in Richard’s presentation.  Mr. Dolan gives his imput on the Karl Wolfe testimony which took place at the National Press Club.

Karl Wolfe, who had a top secret crypto-clearance in the United States Air Force, recounts what an Airmen Second Class told him in 1965 while he was at the Lunar Orbiter Program at NASA:

“By the way we’ve discovered a base on the backside of the moon.  Then he proceeded to put photographs down in front of me and clearly in these photographs were structures, mushroom shaped buildings, spherical buildings and towers.  At that point I was very concerned because I knew that we were working on compartmentalized security.  He had breached security.  And I was actually frightened at that moment.  And I did not question him any further.  A few moments later someone did come into the room.  I worked there for three more days and I remember going home and naively thinking I can’t wait to hear about this on the evening news.  And here it is, more than 30 years later and I hope we hear about it tonight.  And I will testify under oath before congress.”

There were many powerful statements carried out at the National Press Club in 2001.  Karl Wolfe’s was just one of many which took place on that momentous day.

Another thought-provoking statement discussed by Mr. Dolan was the one carried out by Clark McClelland regarding what Ben Rich stated to him:

“I worked at Cape Canaveral and the Kennedy Space Center from 1958 to 1992.

There are many mysteries that have been discovered during the years that we have been exploring the moon, sun and planets.

The former CEO of Lockheed Skunk Works, [SR-71, Stealth Fighter, etc.] was visiting the Cape many years ago.  I asked him a question.  Ben Rich said, ‘Clark, Black Budget money has taken the USA Military at least 50+ years beyond the present understanding of the general public and how far we are technologically advanced.”  I said, “Mars, Sir?” He looked at me [and] his head movement said yes.

Are there monuments on the moon, Mars, etc., bet on it.”

Statements such as the one said by Ben Rich, which wasn’t the only time he spoke in such a tantalizing manner as we have seen, propel the populace’s minds into a whirlwind of much speculation & wonder.

In this informative presentation, Richard Dolan also elucidates what the Secret Space Programs could be about.  Gravitating from theory to theory, Mr. Dolan posits multiple likely and realistic possibilities for the reticent programs such as profit, the creation of UFO technology, biotech research as well as a handful of other possibilities.  Richard at one point also speaks about the fact that the Black Budget Programs have no oversight whatsoever, which other researchers have also noted.

Possible funding avenues for these black budget programs are also addressed by Richard Dolan such as the 2.3 trillion dollars which went missing from the Pentagon on 9/11.

Lastly, he also postulates what he coined, “The Breakaway Civitilization”, which in theory is a miniscule, nefarious & disproportionately powerful portion of humanity with technological prowess far better than the mainstream world could fathom, pockets deeper than anyone could imagine while also sporting the capability to perhaps get offworld.  What could such a far-reaching civilization accomplish?  Richard Dolan seeks to answer these questions as well.

All in all, the entire presentation was well thought out and easy to follow.

For tonight’s Conversations with Great Minds – I’m joined by NSA whistleblowers Thomas Drake and Kirk Wiebe. Both men were involved in exposing the NSA’s massive, illegal, domestic spying program known as the Trailblazer project initiated in 2000. Despite not leaking any classified information – and exhaustively going through all the protocols required for members of the intelligence community to blow the whistle on wrongdoing – both men faced serious retributions for going public with what they knew about the NSA’s surveillance program. In 2007 – after a reporter for the Baltimore Sun obtained information regarding waste, fraud, and abuse at the NSA – FBI agents raided the home Kirk Wiebe – confiscating computer hard drives and business records – and revoking security clearance that Wiebe – an NSA veteran – had held since 1964. Wiebe was not charged with any crime. However – Thomas Drake – whose home was also raided – was charged with multiple crimes including violation of the Espionage Act of 1917. Eventually those charges were dropped in 2011. Since then – Drake has gone on to win multiple awards for his courage in blowing the whistle on the NSA – including the Ridenour Prize for Truth Telling and the Sam Adams Associates for Integrity in Intelligence. And both he and Kirk Wiebe have done tremendous work to inform all of us on the growing American surveillance state. The National Security Agency is building a massive spy center in Utah. What for? And will Americans be the targets of the NSA’s prying eyes?

Ellen Brown is a civil litigation attorney who has written 11 books on health and the politics of health, including the Web of Debt: The Shocking Truth About Our Money System (which focuses on the money and banking system itself), and Forbidden Medicine, which traces the suppression of natural health treatment back to the corrupting influences of our financial system.

In the course of writing her books, Brown was asked to join the legal team of Jimmy Keller, an alternative cancer therapist in Tijuana, who was jailed for, as she puts it, “the alleged crime of representing that he had a high rate of cure for cancer.”

“He always showed the movie World Without Cancer to his patients, which is by Ed Griffin,” she says, “so I read the book World Without Cancer, and it linked the cancer industry—the cancer cartel, basically—with the banking cartel. It showed they had the same roots.

It went back to the Rockefeller-Morgan cartel at the turn of the 20th century. Rockefeller, Morgan, and Carnegie supported drugs, funded the medical schools, and basically got the homeopathic schools shut down. (In the 19th century, the homeopathic schools were the leading health treatment.)

… I realized in the course of that that if you wanted to get to crux of the problem, you had to deal with banking, because that was actually where they got their power. They got their power from the power to create money.”

The Shocking Truth about Our Money System, and the Power it Wields Over Your Health

As Brown explains, the shocking truth about our money system is that virtually all of our money is created by banks when they make loans. It’s not created by the government, as most people believe. The way it works is that, while the banks create the principal, they don’t create the interest, so they’re always getting more back than they’re putting out.

“The thing that most people don’t realize is that banks don’t just take in people’s money, and then lend it out again,” Brown explains. “What they do is, literally, every time they make a loan, they create that money on their books. They need the deposits in order to clear the checks, but they’re basically double-counting the money.

… When you’ve put your money in the bank and then you go to withdraw it, they never say, “Sorry, we just lent your money out to your neighbor for 30 years. You’ll have to come back later.” No, they always give you your money. That’s because your deposit’s still there at the same time that they’ve lent it out. So, if you need the money, then they’ll borrow it from somewhere else. But where do they borrow it from? Basically, from the very bank that the check just went into from the loan that they just made.

It’s like a big check-kiting scheme, where you create the money; it goes into another bank; and then you borrow it back. The banks can borrow it back at 0.25 percent at the moment, which is the Fed funds rate. And of course, they lend it out at five percent, or on credit cards 18 percent… or outrageous industry rates. They get a huge spread on money that didn’t actually exist until they created the loan.

… Their control over money is how they manage to corner politics, buy up the media, and basically monopolize the field.”

The Links Between Big Banks and the Drug Industry

Two good primers if you want to learn more about the banking system and the link between the pharmaceutical industry and banking, are The Creature from Jekyll Island, and World Without Cancer.

To me, this link between banking and Big Pharma intuitively makes sense. It was just earlier this year that I came to appreciate what Brown is talking about here. While the focus of this web site is on the damage done by the drug companies, it’s becoming increasingly clear to me that the banking system is the behemoth backing the Goliath-like drug industry.

As explained by Brown, the drug connection goes back to the 19th century. John D. Rockefeller’s father was actually, literally, a snake-oil salesman.

“He was a patent remedy seller. The drugs, of course, are oil-based, and John D. Rockefeller was an oil magnate. He also had a bank. So did J.P. Morgan. The drug industry—the patent remedy industry—was in competition with the natural herbal remedies, and the homeopathic remedies. And the way they prevailed in the whole system was that, first of all, they funded the American Medical Association—the AMA Journal, which got their funding from advertising. And if your drug was advertised in the AMA Journal, then you’ve got the AMA’s seal of endorsement… It was a cartel.”

Where the Federal Reserve Fits in

In this interview, Brown discusses far more than I have included here, so to learn more, I urge you to listen to this fascinating interview in its entirety. Of course, it’s virtually impossible to discuss the financial system without touching on the Federal Reserve. According to Brown, there’s an important distinction that needs to be understood regarding the role of the Federal Reserve, because while both banks and the Fed are creating money out of thin air, there are some differences:

“The Federal Reserve is the lender of last resort, so it is allowed to [create money] without actually backing the money from anywhere… There are basically two banking systems.

This is also very complicated, but there is what’s called ‘base money,’ and that’s created by the Federal Reserve. Those are the banks’ reserves. At one time the reserves were gold. You actually, literally, had to keep a certain amount of gold for your depositors, who could cash in their dollars for gold. But in 1933, everybody stopped trusting the banks, because they knew they didn’t have enough gold, so there were runs on the banks. At that time the dollar was 40 percent backed by gold. So, every time somebody would bring two dollars and cash it in for gold, the bank had to call in three dollars’ worth of loans. The whole money supply was just closing in on itself and collapsing.

That’s why Roosevelt finally took the dollar off the gold standard.

Then, to back the dollar, the Fed created “base money” for the banks to use as reserves.  But it’s a separate system. We don’t actually get to borrow the Fed’s reserves. That’s the bankers’ money. The bankers’ bank is the Federal Reserve.” 

The Economics of Our Medical System and the Drug Cartel

While at UCLA law school, Brown wrote an article about the economics of California’s regulations on doctors and other medical professions, and how these regulations effectively eliminate all competition to the conventional medical paradigm.  It may not be immediately apparent, but the medical profession is very cleverly manipulated and influenced in such a way as to bolster profits for the pharmaceutical industry. It’s a tightly controlled profession, and any competition—such as alternative or integrative treatments related to natural health—is more or less illegal. You cannot claim to treat disease without a medical license.

 “I think what’s even worse than that is they control information,” Brown says. “People don’t even know that there are alternative remedies. Or if they do hear about them, they think it’s quackery, and that it’s been disproven, because that’s what the conventional media says [which is largely owned by the same banking cartel as the pharmaceutical industry is]. You really have to dig to find out what’s out there, and how well natural remedies work. Also, you have to dig to find out how drugs don’t work, and how they’ve been over-hyped…”

“I, Pet Goat II” is a computer animated video that is loaded with silent messages and esoteric symbolism. While the movie has no dialogue, each symbol tells a piece of a story that covers the fields of history, politics, occult conspiracies and spirituality. We’ll look at the esoteric meaning behind the viral sensation “I, Pet Goat II”.

Produced by the Canadian production crew Heliofant, I, Pet Goat II is a short animated movie that quickly went viral across the internet. Praised for its visual feats and its interesting imagery, the video however left many puzzled about the meaning of its symbolism. Politics, conspiracies and false flag operations are mixed with esoteric spirituality and occult symbolism in one big mesmerizing mind bender. Here’s the video.

After watching the video, many might say something like “What the hell did I just watch?”. The story is somewhat non-linear and there are many cryptic and enigmatic elements in the movie. I won’t claim to fully decode every single symbol-filled frame of the video, but many of the messages are easily understandable due to rather heavy-handed symbolism.

In general, the movie appears to be about the political and social climate of the past decade – complete with puppet Presidents, false flag terror and mind-controlling sorcerers. Then, through the following of a Christ figure, we leave all the sadness behind to enter a new, sunny era. In short, the story is about the triumph of spiritual enlightenment against the forces of darkness. Let’s look at the movie and at some of its many details.

I, Pet Goat II

The opening scene is already replete with symbolism.

The video begins with an interesting scene: A goat inside a box in what appears to be some sort of detention (FEMA) camp. The goat has a bar-code on its head with the numbers 6 6 6 underneath it. If I, Pet Goat is about liberation from the forces of darkness, this first scene seems to depict the exact opposite. Does this goat represent those who have been “boxed in”, bar-coded and brainwashed by the corrupt system? The usage of the pronoun “I” in the title implies that the goat might be, in fact, the viewer himself.

The Puppet Show that is Politics

In the first part of the video, a hidden puppet master controls George “Dubya” Bush inside a classroom. When the planes struck the Word Trade Center in September 2001, Bush was inside a classroom reading the book My Pet Goat to children. The Masonic checkerboard floor of the classroom might signify that this whole charade had a ritualistic component to it.

Bush tap-dances, makes scary faces and says random stuff to keep the masses clueless about the truth.

Above Bush is an interesting graphic depicting the evolution of mankind from fish, to monkey, to man holding a weapon. What is the final stage of evolution? The illuminated man, represented by a sunburst around its head.

Bush wears a dunce cap, this conical hat that was given to “slower” students to humiliate them. When Bush is done making a fool out of himself, he turns into Obama, a charming and distinguished man wearing a graduation cap. He starts off nice and lovable, but he ultimately begins to laugh at the audience. While he appeared to be the perfect response to the idiocy of Bush’s era, the fact remains: He is simply another puppet controlled by the same puppet master.

While most of the audience is totally oblivious to what is happening, one girl is not buying it.

While the masses appear to be deaf, dumb and blind (and restrained by barb wire), this little girl realizes that “this apple is not hers and drops it”. Obama is concerned by the awakening of this girl.

Americans’ right to access fresh, healthy foods of their choice is under attack.
