Treacherous wording upholds “States” gun rights but not individuals
The text of the anticipated and hotly-contested United Nations Arms Trade Treaty has been leaked, with the treaty itself set to be adopted and signed by member States as early as tomorrow, July 27. President Obama, today joining the chorus for gun control inside the United States in the wake of the Batman massacre, has previously indicated that he would sign the treaty, which would then have to be ratified by the Senate.
Masked behind the language of promoting peace in an international world by preventing genocide, the UN has unleashed a great Trojan Horse that calls upon States to enact national legislation sufficient to meet the minimum goals outlined in this treaty– including gun registries, background checks, import/export controls and more for arms of all types, including small & conventional weapons. It makes specific note that the treaty places no limit upon greater gun control efforts within individual nations. The scope of this language proves the analysis by Infowars (1, 2, 3, 4), writers at Forbes and many other publications that have been warning about this deceptive encroachment to be correct– there is an effort to disarm America underway.
The devil, as usual, is in the details.
“Each State Party shall adopt national legislation or other appropriate national measures regulations and policies as may be necessary to implement the obligations of this Treaty,”the treaty text states in part. Repeatedly, the treaty obligates States to establish “national control systems” to meet the particulars of the treaty.

[NaturalNews] In the aftermath of the Aurora, Colorado Batman movie theater shooting, President Obama chimed in on the gun control debate yesterday, saying, “Every day, the number of young people we lose to violence is about the same as the number of people we lost in that movie theater. What he didn’t say, however, is that every day 290 people are killed by FDA-approved prescription drugs, and that’s the conservative number published by the Journal of the American Medical Association.
As no one seems to believe these numbers are real, I’ll quote the source: The Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA) Vol 284, No 4, July 26th 2000, authored by Dr Barbara Starfield, MD, MPH, of the Johns Hopkins School of Hygiene and Public Health.
That study, which is twelve years old — and drug deaths have risen considerably since then — documents 106,000 deaths per year from the “adverse effects” of FDA-approved prescription medications.
To reach this number from outbreaks of violent shootings, you’d have to see an Aurora Colorado Batman movie massacre take place every HOUR of every day, 365 days a year.
If a massacre of people using slugs of lead is bad, why is a massacre of people using deadly chemicals perfectly acceptable?
A medical massacre that dwarfs the number of deaths from shootings
No one in Washington talks about prescription drug deaths. There are no sobbing victims shown on the evening news. This “chemical massacre” happens quietly, behind closed doors. Yet to achieve this level of mass death in the world of plane crashes, for example, you’d have to see a jumbo jet airliner crashing into the ground once a day, every day of the year.

The bottom line total comes to 783,936 deaths every year from “conventional” medicine (drugs and surgery medicine).
You are 6200% more likely to be killed by your doctor than by a shooter
According to the CDC’s numbers from 2007, the total number of homicide shooting deaths in the United States each year is roughly 12,600 (Xu, Jiaquan; Kenneth D. Kochanek, Sherry L. This means that your risk of being killed by your doctor is 62 times higher than the risk of being killed by a shooter. Put another way, that’s a 6200% higher risk.
It seems that before we even think about the issue of gun control, we need a national debate on DOCTOR control.
After all, when doctors inadvertently kill people by prescribing deadly chemotherapy cocktails or deadly prescription drugs, they don’t even get arrested for it! But they do get financial kickbacks, exotic vacations paid by drug companies, free travel, free meals and other perks of being a Big Pharma whore. Plus, they’re free to go on killing other people, over and over again. Gun sales in Colorado and elsewhere in the country have spiked exponentially since Friday’s tragic mass shooting in Aurora.
The Denver Post reported today that 1,216 background checks were conducted in Colorado on Friday alone for people looking to purchase a gun. That equates to a 43 percent increase compared to the average number of checks for the previous two Fridays,
Friday through Sunday, Colorado approved a total of 2,887 background checks, again a 43% rise on the same period in the previous week.
“A lot of it is people saying, ‘I didn’t think I needed a gun, but now I do,’” Jake Meyers, a worker at the Parker gun store, told the Denver Post. “When it happens in your backyard, people start reassessing – ‘Hey, I go to the movies.’”
“It’s been insane,” Meyers added, referring to the amount of people seeking training for a concealed carry permit, a legal right in 49 of the 50 US states.

The police in Aurora say that James Holmes was the gunman wore complete SWAT team gear (including a tactical armored vest, throat protector, groin protector, a gas mask and a ballistic helmet) and opened fire on a theater full of movie goers at the Batman premier on Friday.
Mainstream media (MSM) is reporting that Homes dyed his hair red, calling himself “the Joker”; the arch-enemy of the Batman character.
Those who knew Holmes, like Billy Kromka , fellow pre-med student at the University of Colorado, said: “It was just shocking, because there was no way I thought he could have the capacity to do commit an atrocity like this.”
The question of Holmes being a violent criminal hell-bent on “killing everyone” does not add up when his personality and actions are scrutinized.
First off, Holmes was conducting research into neuroscience with his partner Kromka. Holmes was cooperative and easily surrendered to law enforcement. He informed police that his apartment was “booby trapped”.
Holmes arrived at the theater in complete SWAT team gear . MSM reported, according to a law enforcement officer, that Holmes had in his possession: “One rifle, two handguns, a knife, a bullet proof vest, a ballistic helmet, a gas device, a gas mask, military SWAT clothing and unidentified explosives were also found in Holmes’ car.”
Are to believe that a pre-med student had unlimited access to military grade weaponry without ties or connections to the US armed forces?
Witnesses now say that Holmes was not alone when he entered the theater but there was a second and yet, unidentified person with him, assisting in the initial stages of the attack.

According to a very coherent eyewitness in the Colorado theater where the shooting took place — a man sitting near one of the fire exits in the front row received a phone call near the beginning of the film feature.
This phone call struck the witness as odd due to the fact that the man did not leave the theater after he began to talk on the phone.
Just after the man disconnected the call he went to the fire exit and propped the exit open with his foot in some way and possiblely a shim of some type directing or waving another person toward the direction of the exit door.
According to the witness, about 15 minutes into the film the fire exit door swung open and a man about 5’9″ fully decked out in tactical clothing and heavy body armor entered the theater by throwing a canister of toxic gas into the crowd.
The fact the the shooter was not alone is now out of the bag as authorities are covering up what appears to be a massive PSYOP and/or staged operation in some type of MKULTRA fashion.
Some of the equipment and body armor used by the shooter is illegal and hard to obtain unless you are military or law enforcement.
The gear used by the shooter would have ran him tens of thousand of dollars even if he could legally obtain it. This again signifies possible military or law enforcement involvement.

One of law enforcements biggest concerns in the United States at the moment is the “Lone Wolf” terrorist, which comes with hype.
A chilling new video has surfaced on the internet at an opportune time for the establishment to push for total gun confiscation via congress and possibly through a new UN treaty.
