What led up to all this? James Stewart refused to appear in a Ventura County court case, which we know to be completely fabricated in the first place (it’s based on allegations of financial fraud that simply cannot be linked to James in any credible way whatsoever). James, who had been tortured in the L.A. County jail for 8 days (http://www.naturalnews.com/035208_James_Stewart_torture_county_jail.h…), feared for his life and left the courtroom in Ventura rather than appear there and be thrown in jail. He told me he was determined to fight the case outside the system, where he could stay alive and not be beaten, starved or otherwise abused by the jail system there.
