Google complies with FDA demands to secretly disable Adwords accounts of nutritional detox companies

[NaturalNews] The latest attack on free speech in America comes from the FDA and is supported by Google Adwords. NaturalNews has learned that the FDA is quietly, and without notice to affected companies, commanding Google to disable the full Adwords accounts of nutritional supplement companies offering “detox” or “chelation” nutritional products.

This secret war against nutritional supplement companies is being waged entirely outside the law, as the FDA gives no notice to affected companies and does not give them any opportunity to respond in their defense. No judge, no jury, no notice, no due process. The FDA simply bypasses legal notice requirements and goes straight to Google, which complies by disabling Adwords accounts, shutting off an important source of revenue for nutritional supplement companies.

An economic embargo ordered by the FDA and obeyed by Google Adwords

This action is just the latest round in the FDA’s war on nutritional supplement companies, which have been subjected to armed raids, threatening warning letters, product seizures, and even international kidnapping by the FDA itself (http://www.naturalnews.com/027750_Greg_Caton_FDA.html).

In this case, the FDA is conducting an economic embargo on the company known as Global Healing Center (www.GlobalHealingCenter.com), founded by Ed Group III. Dr. Group is not a medical doctor, but he is a globally-recognized formulator of nutritional detoxification products that really work to help eliminate heavy metals from the body.

Ed Group’s company has been a long-time advertiser with Google Adwords, using the service to not only bring Google hundreds of thousands of dollars each year in revenue, but more importantly to help reach people with high-quality nutritional products that are revered throughout the industry for their safety, potency and efficacy.

None of this seemed to matter to Google Adwords, which shuttered his entire account without notice, then claimed the FDA told them to do so (see below).

“On June 29th we noticed our sales had dropped off about 25-30% over the previous week,” Dr. Group told NaturalNews. “After some research we found it was due to Google blocking our AdWords account from advertising. We tried contacting Google to see why our account had been blocked, but it wasn’t until July 27th (almost a month later) that we received the answer below.”

He goes on to explain:

The FDA contacted Google and demanded Google shut down our ads containing our heavy metal cleansing keywords. Google then shut down our ENTIRE account including all other non-chemical and heavy cleansing related ads resulting in a loss of approximately $70,000 in sales over a period of 3-4 weeks. The FDA did not contact us directly nor did Google contact us to let us know before shutting down our account. It seems as if the FDA has started a gestapo campaign to attack supplement companies indirectly through Google advertising.

[This was] an intentional campaign by the FDA to take money from our pockets because we never even had a product on our site which mentions chelation and the FDA has never contacted us or issued a warning to us as they are required to do by law. The FDA inspects our facility one to two times each year and have never mentioned any concern to us.

NYPD Clashes With Twitter Over Online Massacre Threat

via: RT
August 8, 2012

Twitter has reportedly been served a subpoena on behalf of the New York Police Department after a user of the social-media site wrote that he or she was about to open fire at a Broadway theater.

The NYPD says that they’ve asked Twitter to hand over the identify of a user who sent out several tweets over the course of a few days that suggested the person behind the account was preparing to engage in a massacre on par with the Aurora, Colorado theater shooting that left a dozen moviegoers dead during the premier of the Batman: The Dark Knight Rises last month.

“This shit ain’t no joke yo- I’m serious, people are gonna die like Aurora. Gosh I’m still making this hit list damn I wanna kill a lot of people,” the user reportedly wrote in one tweet.

Beginning in late July, the Twitter user allegedly sent out a series of other tweets that included messages as explicit as “I might just shoot up this theater in new York I know they leave their exit doors unlocked.” In one dated August 2, the user responded to another tweet about former boxer Mike Tyson’s performance at the Longacre on Broadway by writing, “Well ima shoot that theater up tonight just trust me.”

The NYPD asked Twitter for the user’s identity right away, the New York Post reports, although the Silicon Valley company did not comply at first.

“We appreciate the timeliness and sensitivity of this matter and have reviewed the reported Twitter account. While we do invoke emergency-disclosure procedures when it appears that a threat is present, specific and immediate, this does not appear to fall under those strict parameters as per our policies,” Twitter told the NYPD at first.

“Twitter turned us down, so we dispatched police to cover the theater while we sought a subpoena to force Twitter to disclose the identity of the account holder,” NYPD spokesman Paul Browne tells ABC News.

An [Augmented] View of a Future in “Sight”

via: ActivistPost

Literature, TV, and movies have always had among them cautionary tales of science and technology gone wild; whether it is the technology itself that takes on intelligence, or through the nefarious deeds of covert elite forces using technology to enslave the rest of humanity.

Some researchers believe that the vast majority of these works have been a coordinated method of predictive programming that has been deliberately introduced to ensure that we are softened up for a reality that would at first seem inconceivable, but when later mirrored in the real world becomes easily accepted as the obvious evolution of an advanced society.

The following short sci-fi film is not making any great leaps when it demonstrates a future of augmented reality through the (contact) lens of a computer app-driven interface.

Augmented reality apps for the iPhone have been around for years, and continue to grow in popularity. Nor does the film below make an unbelievable jump in assuming that this future reality could be driven by a game-like incentive system; we can see that this is already an addictive pastime for countless millions of Facebook gamers through Zynga.

The systems are in place, but as yet have been available only through external devices. All that has been needed to create an all-encompassing new reality is to integrate information into the first-person everyday human experiential view.

The actual principles behind a first-person, human-computer interface system have been around for many decades – it can be seen in combat zones around the world through the military Heads Up Display system (HUD).

These principles, which began pre-WWII for fighter pilots, are now finding their way into the consumer market in video games, vehicles, and through info eyeglasses like Google X, which is supposed to be out by year’s end. Contact lenses are the next logical step, and in fact are already in development by the Department of Defense through a system called iOptik – and projected to be available to consumers in 2014.

As with nearly all computer interface and intelligence-driven systems, it is important to realize that these have generally been funded and implemented from the start by the military-industrial complex, and are likely to have been in existence for at least decades before trickling down to the consumer level.

Central Banks Using 119 Billion Google Searches To Spy On You

via: SilverVigilante

August 5, 2012

Central Banks are using Google data in order track economic trends before they become economic trends. But, while Bloomberg leads us to believe this has only just begun, the truth of the matter is quite different. The article puts across the feeling that Google Trends is a breakthrough in behavioral research, and that worldwide central banks are beginning to use the data in order gather information on the people who, in Bloomberg’s words, they “oversee.” But, Google is but one piece in a complex puzzle of Full Spectrum Dominance, using the diverse interplay of multiple social media interfaces and Pentagon digital-avatars of U.S. citizens predicting where individuals in the population will be and when.  And, they are confident that their formulas are accurate.

Says the article, the Federal Reserve and the central banks of England, Israel, Italy, Spain and Chile have recently embarked upon studies to determine the helpfulness of Google search volumes in the pursuit of tracing trends in the economies they “oversee,” in the language of Bloomberg News.  “The guardians” – their word, not mine  – are pursuing techniques to “deploy nimbler policy responses.” According to Bloomberg, Erik Brynjolfsson, a member of the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston’s Academic Advisory Council, believes that “greater foresight could make the difference between a slowdown and a recession, a recovery and an inflation-stoking boom.

Twitter Censors User for Opinion

via: TheIntelHub
August 2, 2012

While it’s obvious that most large corporations are fronts for the illumines global criminal activity, now Twitter has censored it’s user for opinion.

The Wall Street Journal reports;

The biggest brouhaha so far erupted on Monday and Tuesday, when a finger-pointing spat emerged over a journalist getting booted off Twitter after he was critical of NBC’s Olympics coverage.

The journalist was reinstated on the short-messaging service Tuesday—but not before the blogosphere lit up with criticism over whether Twitter was curtailing free speech. Twitter apologized for what it said were its missteps in the incident.

Beyond that, two athletes have been kicked out of the Games for posting controversial statements on Twitter. At least one other athlete had been reprimanded for using social media to name their sponsors, in apparent violation of Olympics rules—and athletes have used Twitter to strike back, criticizing the IOC rules.

British diver Tom Daley also warred on Twitter this week with a critic, who was later arrested on suspicion of malicious communication and revealed to be a British teenager.

Another push by the globalists to control the populace.

YouTube Asks Users to Post Real Names in Bid to Clean Up Comments

via: TheIntelHub
Source: PCWorld
July 31, 2012

Google is trying to clean up YouTube’s comments section by encouraging users to post their real names.

When a YouTube user now tries to comment on a video, a box pops up asking that person to start using their “full name” at the video sharing site.

The “full name” is taken from the person’s Google+ account since Google requires the real name of someone signing up for a Google+ account.

After the “start using your full name” box appears, you can refuse to start using your real name. If you do that, another pop up appears asking you to justify your decision. Choices offered by Google include:

  • My channel is for show or character.
  • My channel is for a music artist of group.
  • My channel is for a product, business or organization.
  • My channel is well-known for other reasons.
  • My channel is for personal use, but I cannot use my real name.
  • I’m not sure, I’ll decide later.

Internet Giants Combine Forces Creating New Lobby to Control Capitol Hill

via: OccupyCorporatism
by: Susanne Posel
July 30, 2012

The titans of the internet, including Google, eBay, Amazon and Facebook, are combining forces under the blanket of a newly formed lobby group that wants to influence lawmakers on how they can manipulate the internet as well as how important they truly are.

In September of this year, the lobby groups called the Internet Association , will be based in Washington, DC, and headed by Michael Beckerman, former adviser of the Energy and Commerce Committee within the House of Representatives.

The Internet Association’s goal is to control the perspective of elected officials on internet technologies, their uses and cooperation with various federal agencies. Their website claims they are “dedicated to advancing public policy solutions to strengthen and protect an open, innovative and free Internet.”

Beckerman explains : “The Internet isn’t just Silicon Valley anymore. The Internet has moved to Main Street. Our top priority is to ensure that elected leaders in Washington understand the profound impacts on the Internet and Internet companies on jobs, economic growth, and freedom.”

Through the influence of money and pressure, this lobby seeks to have an over-reaching effect on the internet as a whole. In conjunction with major corporations in the tech industry and remaining focused on subversive control over the internet, the Internet Association will lead the way toward Big Brother becoming a very necessary part of our lives.

Google, internet monster and collector of information for the National Security Agency (NSA), announced back in March that they will use a new feature to spy on Android and smartphones customers that will allow background noise to assist Google in identifying location and therefore track unsuspecting Americans better.

Spy Satellite Companies Form Space Monopoly

via: TheIntelHub
Source: TheWired
July 24, 2012

Earlier this year, the spy satellite industry was hit hard by defense budget cuts.

For the top two commercial satellite companies, which survive largely by providing imagery to the Pentagon and U.S. intelligence agencies, the cuts left only enough money for one to survive.

Now budget austerity has forced the companies to merge together and create a new space monopoly with control over what we see from orbit.

On Monday, Colorado-based satellite firm DigitalGlobe announced it’s merging with Virginia-based competitor GeoEye in a stock and cash deal worth $900 million. The merger works out in DigitalGlobe’s favor, which keeps its name intact and whose shareholders will control 64 percent of the new company.

DigitalGlobe will also take over GeoEye operations. Best known for providing imagery for applications like Google Earth, the companies combined provide more than three-quarters of the U.S. government’s satellite images.

The company also has somewhat of a codependent relationship with the Pentagon. For one, the companies help serve a need for satellite images that the government’s own aging fleet of satellites can’t always fulfill.

Meanwhile, the companies are dependent on funding from Congress and the Pentagon’s National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) in order to stay afloat. This year, that funding got cut — severely.

Earlier this year, the Pentagon announced it was pushing “significant reductions” for commercial satellite imagery for fiscal year 2013.

Although the total amount the government spends on reconnaissance satellites is kept secret, analysts expected losses up to 50 percent. This served as the catalyst for an austerity-driven merger war.
