As its often said, history is written by the winners, and an odd history it is that most people know very little about the Nazis except for what they have heard about from the mainstream media.

One quick yet notable example of how history is twisted, is the fact that most of the populace is blind to the fact that America, the Vatican, as well as other countries funneled Nazis through ratlines in droves. If that were it, it would be bad enough. Secret Space Program Conference – Richard Dolan Discourse

The Secret Space Program Conference was held on the 3rd of April 2011 in Amsterdam and boasted a lineup of many notable speakers. One of the many upper echelon reserachers that took part in this event was Richard Dolan, who in the year 2000 published a 500-page study named UFOs and the National Security State.   This conference also featured Timothy Good, who has amounted over 30 years of research, and who has authored Above Top Secret: The Worldwide UFO Cover-up [1987], which became an instant bestseller at hand.  Also showcased in this conference is Peter Levenda, who wrote Unholy Alliance: A History of Nazi Involvement With the Occult and also Richard Hoagland who was a NASA Consultant who authored Dark Mission, which focuses on the secret history of NASA.  These are only some of the noteworthy speakers who took part in the Secret Space Program Conference.

In true methodical fashion, Richard Dolan focuses from beginning to end in his presentation on the inner workings of the covert Secret Space Program in an incredibly incisive fashion.

Early in his lecture, Mr. Dolan hones in on the signature statement by Ben Rich, who was the CEO of the Skunkworks Division of Lockheed at one time.  Dolan proceeds to break down the provocative statement Ben Rich said at the UCLA School of Engineering regarding humans already having the technology to take ET back home.

Other aspects referenced by Mr. Dolan are what some would term ‘classic’ Military Documentation gathered via the Freedom Of Information Act [FOIA] such as the Twining Memo [1947], the Minot AFB UFO Landing Memo [1966], the DIA Memo regarding the Iranian Jet Fighter Incident [1976], the Halt Memo [1981], the DIA Documents pertaining to the Belgian UFO wave [1990] as well as a myriad of other pertinent documentation.

With his usual calm and engaging demeanour, Richard Dolan carries out the entire presentation in a method that anyone, be it neophyte or veteran to the subject, could understand.

Besides expounding about military documentation, Mr. Dolan covers anonymous information leaks, crash retreivals and the people possibly in control of this covert and powerful world.  In addition, he delves into secrecy revolving the programs and the multitude of levels that this particular secrecy encompasses.

The 2001 Disclosure Program is also addressed in Richard’s presentation.  Mr. Dolan gives his imput on the Karl Wolfe testimony which took place at the National Press Club.

Karl Wolfe, who had a top secret crypto-clearance in the United States Air Force, recounts what an Airmen Second Class told him in 1965 while he was at the Lunar Orbiter Program at NASA:

“By the way we’ve discovered a base on the backside of the moon.  Then he proceeded to put photographs down in front of me and clearly in these photographs were structures, mushroom shaped buildings, spherical buildings and towers.  At that point I was very concerned because I knew that we were working on compartmentalized security.  He had breached security.  And I was actually frightened at that moment.  And I did not question him any further.  A few moments later someone did come into the room.  I worked there for three more days and I remember going home and naively thinking I can’t wait to hear about this on the evening news.  And here it is, more than 30 years later and I hope we hear about it tonight.  And I will testify under oath before congress.”

There were many powerful statements carried out at the National Press Club in 2001.  Karl Wolfe’s was just one of many which took place on that momentous day.

Another thought-provoking statement discussed by Mr. Dolan was the one carried out by Clark McClelland regarding what Ben Rich stated to him:

“I worked at Cape Canaveral and the Kennedy Space Center from 1958 to 1992.

There are many mysteries that have been discovered during the years that we have been exploring the moon, sun and planets.

The former CEO of Lockheed Skunk Works, [SR-71, Stealth Fighter, etc.] was visiting the Cape many years ago.  I asked him a question.  Ben Rich said, ‘Clark, Black Budget money has taken the USA Military at least 50+ years beyond the present understanding of the general public and how far we are technologically advanced.”  I said, “Mars, Sir?” He looked at me [and] his head movement said yes.

Are there monuments on the moon, Mars, etc., bet on it.”

Statements such as the one said by Ben Rich, which wasn’t the only time he spoke in such a tantalizing manner as we have seen, propel the populace’s minds into a whirlwind of much speculation & wonder.

In this informative presentation, Richard Dolan also elucidates what the Secret Space Programs could be about.  Gravitating from theory to theory, Mr. Dolan posits multiple likely and realistic possibilities for the reticent programs such as profit, the creation of UFO technology, biotech research as well as a handful of other possibilities.  Richard at one point also speaks about the fact that the Black Budget Programs have no oversight whatsoever, which other researchers have also noted.

Possible funding avenues for these black budget programs are also addressed by Richard Dolan such as the 2.3 trillion dollars which went missing from the Pentagon on 9/11.

Lastly, he also postulates what he coined, “The Breakaway Civitilization”, which in theory is a miniscule, nefarious & disproportionately powerful portion of humanity with technological prowess far better than the mainstream world could fathom, pockets deeper than anyone could imagine while also sporting the capability to perhaps get offworld.  What could such a far-reaching civilization accomplish?  Richard Dolan seeks to answer these questions as well.

All in all, the entire presentation was well thought out and easy to follow.

Utilizing vaccines grown on tobacco cells, instead of the traditional chicken eggs, DARPA has turned out a staggering 10 million doses of flu vaccine in just one month.

This “Blue Angel” project, as it’s called, suddenly puts the Pentagon in the forefront of the vaccine business. The big question is: why is the Army involved in vaccines at all? And the answer is no surprise. According to DARPA, it’s all about readiness in containing bio-threats. Translated, that means terrorist attacks that could use flu viruses.

This is a sinister development. It creates a potential scenario in which the military can invent the “bio-threat” and then step in and provide the solution. It doesn’t really matter whether the bio-threat is real or imaginary.

The threat would offer the chance to initiate a martial-law scenario, after which the military vaccine would be made mandatory, destroying the right of each state in the union to permit, as is now the case, people to opt out of vaccination on religious, medical, or ethical grounds.

The Pentagon is famous for developing weapons and then lobbying for battlefield opportunities to use them. This is part and parcel of their “war is forever” mentality. Well, in this case, the vaccine becomes the defensive weapon, and you can be sure the Pentagon will strive to deploy it in a situation that “demands it”—a chilling prospect.

Several medical issues arise as well. First, what safety tests have been done to ensure that tobacco viruses don’t enter these DARPA vaccines through lab contamination, thereby finding their way into the human bloodstream, via injection, and causing uncharted health problems? No word about that, just as there was no word, historically, about various Pentagon weapons systems that later proved to be dangerous to the soldiers using them (e.g, the Bradley Fighting Vehicle).

Hidden in the story about the new means of vaccine production: the employment of a synthetic construction that is supposed to mimic the human immune system. To test the ability of the tobacco-vaccines to induce a “robust immune response,” this new chemical lab-version of an immune system becomes the guinea pig. But there is no proof that such an artifact works or is translatable to actual processes of the human body.

Finally, DARPA states that the vaccine it just produced contains aluminum. Toxicity for humans is thus guaranteed.

In the hands of the Pentagon, what could possibly go wrong with this Blue Angel program? Everything.

In case we need to review the most recent “epidemic” advertised by the CDC and the World Health Organization (WHO), it killed, by the most generous estimates, 20,000 people worldwide. Despite being labeled a catastrophic level-6 pandemic, the H1N1 Swine Flu turned out to be a comparative dud. WHO states that, every year, seasonal non-pandemic flu kills between 250,000 and 500,000 people.

The CDC and WHO relentlessly promoted Swine Flu as a monster menace that could invade and decimate the planet. Therefore, everyone needed to step up and take the vaccine. These civilian agencies are mere pikers compared to the Pentagon. Can you imagine what the Dept. of Defense would promote and launch to guarantee their vaccine finds a place in your bloodstream? The DOD regularly makes conflict of interest into an art form.

Martial law? No problem.

In 2007 – after a reporter for the Baltimore Sun obtained information regarding waste, fraud, and abuse at the NSA – FBI agents raided the home Kirk Wiebe – confiscating computer hard drives and business records – and revoking security clearance that Wiebe – an NSA veteran – had held since 1964. Wiebe was not charged with any crime. However – Thomas Drake – whose home was also raided – was charged with multiple crimes including violation of the Espionage Act of 1917. Eventually those charges were dropped in 2011. Since then – Drake has gone on to win multiple awards for his courage in blowing the whistle on the NSA – including the Ridenour Prize for Truth Telling and the Sam Adams Associates for Integrity in Intelligence. And both he and Kirk Wiebe have done tremendous work to inform all of us on the growing American surveillance state. The National Security Agency is building a massive spy center in Utah. What for? And will Americans be the targets of the NSA’s prying eyes?

US government ran chemical experiments on military veterans under operations MKUltra, Bluebird and Artichoke

[NaturalNews] The United States, for its warts, has achieved much in its short 230-plus year history. It is a benevolent world superpower, for the most part, that serves as a beacon of hope and freedom for an increasingly oppressed world, even as it serves as a guardian against tyranny for as many as half of the world’s nearly seven billion people.

But a few chapters in our history – slavery, oppression of the Native American tribes, causes of the civil rights movement, and moments of unconstitutionality on the part of our elected leaders – serve as more than simple blemishes on an otherwise admirable record of defending liberty and freedom. One such stain is the way we’ve treated some of our nation’s military veterans.

The maltreatment is summed up in a recent federal case. In late July, a group of veterans managed to win a court order forcing the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs to hand over a trove of documents detailing the department’s alleged Cold War-era drug experiments on Vietnam vets. What’s problematic about this case isn’t the decision – the VA owes these veterans any answers they are seeking – but the fact that the case had to be filed at all.

‘Project Paperclip’

According to court documents, U.S. Magistrate Judge Jacqueline Scott Corley, in Oakland, Calif., said in her ruling that the documents requested by the veteran-plaintiffs were “squarely relevant” to their claim that the government, through the VA, did not adequately notify veterans of chemicals they were purposely exposed to during experimentation, and – perhaps more importantly – what effects that exposure might have had on their physical and mental health.

Details of this sad episode in our history were contained in a 2009 class action suit. Filed by the Vietnam Veterans of America and individual soldiers, the suit charges the U.S. Army and the Central Intelligence Agency, with the help of former Nazi scientists, of using at least 7,800 vets as guinea pigs to test the effects of as many as 400 different types of drugs and chemicals. They included mescaline (psychedelic alkaloid), LSD (psychedelic drug), amphetamines, barbiturates, nerve agents and mustard gas.

The suit also says the government worked to cover up the testing and the nature of its experiments, which began in the 1950s under such exotic code names as “Bluebird,” “Artichoke” and MKUltra.”

The government launched “Project Paperclip,” the suit alleges, an all-out effort by the Army and CIA to allegedly recruit former Nazi scientists to help test various psycho-chemicals, as well as develop a new truth serum using the nation’s own vets as test subjects, Courthouse News Service reported.

“Over half of these Nazi recruits had been members of the SS or Nazi Party,” said the class-action suit. “The ‘Paperclip’ name was chosen because so many of the employment applications were clipped to immigration papers.”

According to Colin A. Ross, a psychiatrist and author of “The CIA Doctors,” said he pored over more than 15,000 documents he received from the nation’s premier spy agency detailing the “mind control” operations which he said took place between 1950-1972 “at many leading universities including Harvard, Yale, Cornell, Johns Hopkins and Stanford.”

The goal, simply, is mind control

In a report posted on the Citizens Commission on Human Rights International’s Web site, Ross said “MKUltra and related programs had several over-lapping purposes.”

“One was to purchase mind control drugs from suppliers. Another was to form relationships with researchers who might later be used as consultants at the TOP SECRET level,” he wrote. “The core purpose of these programs was to learn how to enhance interrogations, erase and insert memories, and create and run Manchurian Candidates.”

Ross said all of that is documented “clearly and explicitly” in the declassified CIA documents he obtained, though he said it was merely “a glimpse into the tip of the iceberg of CIA and military mind control.”

“The experimental subjects were not told the real purpose of the experiments, did not give informed consent, were not afforded outside counsel and received no meaningful follow-up,” he wrote. “As described by the psychiatrists in published papers, experiments with LSD and other hallucinogens, combined with sensory deprivation, electroshock and other interrogation techniques, resulted in psychosis and death among other ‘side effects.’ The purpose of these experiments was to see how easily a person could be put into a psychotic state or controlled.”

In a review of the MKUltra program, which was launched in 1953, Wired.com said its goal was, simply, mind-control.

“1953: The agency launches one of its most dubious covert programs ever, turning unsuspecting humans into guinea pigs for its research into mind-altering drugs,” said the report, which said then-Central Intelligence Agency director Allen Dulles authorized the program.

“Dulles wanted to close the ‘brainwashing gap’ that arose after the United States learned that American prisoners of war in Korea were subjected to mind-control techniques by their captors,” said Wired.com.

Programmable assassins

“Loathe to be outdone by foreign enemies, the CIA sought, through its research, to devise a truth serum to enhance the interrogations of POWs and captured spies. The agency also wanted to develop techniques and drugs – such as ‘amnesia pills’ – to create CIA superagents (sic) who would be immune to the mind-control efforts of adversaries.”

The creation of so-called Manchurian Candidates – a programmable assassin, essentially – was also a goal of the program.

Besides drug and chemical experimentation, the program included the use of radiological implants, hypnosis and subliminal persuasion, electroshock therapy and isolation techniques, the report said.

In their suit, the vets level similar charges – that the government was attempting to develop and test substances capable of inducing mind control, euphoria, altered personalities, confusion, physical paralysis, mania, illogical thinking and other effects.

Many of the experiments, the suit says, were conducted at Army facilities at Edgewood Arsenal and Ft. Detrick, Md. Some left a number of veterans saddled with debilitating health problems for decades to follow. Worse, the veterans say the government has neglected to provide follow-up medical care to mitigate the damages.

Some soldiers died from the testing, while others suffered physical and mental ailments including seizures and paranoia, an earlier ruling in the case noted.

In this latest bid for full disclosure, the VVA sought documents from the government that reveal the VA’s processes of identifying and notifying soldiers who may have been exposed to the chemical and biological tests.

No relevant medical purposes

In arguing against releasing the documents, attorneys for the VA said the agency should be exempted from doing so by the deliberative process privilege, which aims to shield the decision-making processes of government agencies.

Judge Corley did not buy the argument, ruling instead that that veterans group and others “have demonstrated a sufficient, substantial need to overcome the qualified deliberative process privilege.”

“The Court agrees that considerable discovery has been provided on this subject; however, having reviewed the thousands of pages of documents submitted for in camera review, the Court notes that these processes are far from clear or consistent, and in fact, seem to have undergone numerous modifications over time,” she wrote.

Corley ordered the VA to release more than 40 documents, which she said were “both relevant and unavailable from other sources given that the documents reflect processes which have evolved over time.”

Writes Ross, “The purpose of mind control experiments is controlling human behavior: making enemy combatants open up during interrogation; protecting secret information by erasing memories; making spies more resistant to interrogation because secret information is held by hidden identities and making people more prone to influence, social control and suggestion.

“The mind control experiments and operational programs violate basic human rights and all codes of medical ethics,” he said.

The government should never use American citizens or others for any sort of experimentation, at least without first getting consent. Using those who protect and defend us for the same is unspeakable.

In a secret program that is now admitted to be true, the United States government injected unknowing human ‘participants’ with highly toxic plutonium.

It sounds like a bizarre torture scenario that you’d expect to see blamed on illegal terror organizations, but the individuals behind this crime are actually doctors working for the United States government. Disregarding the health of innocent citizens, the government testers were eager to see how unknowing participants suffered as a result of secret plutonium injection.

It began in 1945, when an employee at the Oak Ridge Nuclear Facility was in a car accident. Ebb Cade survived, but was taken in as a human participant in a disturbing study he did not consent to.

It is important to note that this man was a fifty-three-year-old African American, as previous government trials have singled out African Americans and other minorities. The racist sterilization programs occurred between 1929 to 1974 under an admitted eugenics programs that officials claimed were ‘creating a better society’. Most victims were poor, black women who were ‘deemed unfit to be parents’. Individuals as young as 10 were sterilized simply for not getting along with schoolmates or being promiscuous, and many parents were misled into sterilizing their children.

Ebb Cade was taken and bound to a bed with a broken arm and leg, where doctors interviewed him regarding his current state of health. After determining he was in a state of proper health, doctorssecretly injected him with 4.7 micrograms of plutonium on April 10th. It is still unknown who exactly ordered the program within the U.S. government, as they have managed to disassociate themselves with the entire nefarious program.

At the time of the injection, scientists were perfectly aware of the negative effects associated with radiation. With cancers and radiation sickness on the rise, these scientists knew exactly what they were doing — examining the effects of plutonium isotopes on living beings.

Prior to the tests on Cade, the scientists injected animals with plutonium and noted the severe adverse effects. In some cases, animals were even fed radioactive waste. In fact, one scientist received a face full of gas and required his stomach to be pumped along with a full face scrub in an attempt to eliminate the threat. The scientists made sure that they were given the full treatment after the exposure. Meanwhile, they were injecting individuals with plutonium.

Scientists took excretions from Cade over the next five days to see how much plutonium was retained in his body. They also refused to set his broken bones until April 15th, and cut samples from the bone before doing so to examine the plutonium content in his bone tissue. Fifteen of his teeth were pulled for testing.

After all of this, they never informed Cade what they were doing. One nurse said that the tortured Cade escaped in the middle of the night, and he was later found to die in 1953 of heart failure.

Sadly, Cade was not the last test experiment.

Three human experiments followed — all were cancer patients seeking treatment. Instead of treatment, the patients were injected with deadly plutonium in order for government scientists to see the effects. A man in his sixties with lung cancer, a woman in her fifties with breast cancer, and a “young man” with Hodgkin’s lymphoma were all given the poison. Conveniently, the third patient’s records are not available. He was injected with fifteen times more than any other individual, at 95 micrograms.

What followed is further widespread testing. The University of Rochester joined the program, injecting patients with not only plutonium but radioactive isotopes like polonium and uranium. Other institutions like the University of California soon followed suit.

Perhaps most concerning is the fact that this disgusting disregard for human health is not an isolated incident. The Tuskegee syphilis experiment is but one example of secret government human experiments that have run rampant throughout recent history. Taking place between 1932 and 1972,  Tuskegee, Alabama, the U.S. Public Health Service knowingly infected poor black men with syphillis in order to test the effects. These men thought that they were receiving free healthcare by the U.S. government.

The list goes on with tests targeting minorities and the disabled in particular. From forced sterilizations to incognito injections, there is a lengthy history of government testing that shows the blatant disregard for your health by the United States government and elsewhere.

With this in mind, is it any wonder why the FDA keeps toxic substances like mercury unregulated among the food supply?
