Splenda Isn’t So Splendid – The Toxic Rumsfeld-Monsanto Link

As we get closer to the holidays, many people look for ways to cut back on sugar and other indulgences so that when the New Year rolls around, they won’t have to work so hard to lose those extra pounds. While it is a good idea to avoid sugar altogether, using the artificial sweeteners Splenda or Aspartame might be even worse. There are numerous reasons you should avoid the stuff in little yellow packages (or pink, or blue). Here is why.

Donald Rumsfeld, the very same politician who supports GMOs, is perhaps the singular man who got Splenda onto the market after the FDA initially refused it. If you have gotten sick from consuming this toxic substance, you can thank him, along with its makers. Splenda was created by the British company Tate & Lyle along with the pharmaceutical giant Johnson & Johnson.

Perhaps you remember when the Coca-Cola company launched its ad campaign to fight obesity back in the early 80s? This was all part of a ploy to begin the use of aspartame, whose patent was once owned by none other than Monsanto! Ironically, there are numerous studies that show this stuff causes obesity. It doesn’t prevent obesity.

Before they started selling you Splenda, it was called NutraSweet. In 1985, Monsanto purchased G.D. Searle, the chemical company that held the patent to aspartame, the active ingredient in NutraSweet, as well as Splenda and many other artificial sweeteners. Is Splenda safe? It depends who you ask.

Let’s look at a little timeline, shall we?

  • 1901: Monsanto Chemical Works is formed.
  • 1976: When Ford loses the 1976 election, Rumsfeld returns to private business life, and is named president and CEO of the pharmaceutical corporation G. D. Searle & Company, during which time he leads the legalization of Aspartame.
  • 1977: Monsanto stops producing PCBs.
  • 1997: Monsanto businesses are spun off as Solutia Inc.
  • 1999: John Hunter is named chairman and CEO.
  • 2000: Monsanto’s Pharmaceutical Services Division is created. Monsanto also merges with the drug-maker Pharmacia & UpJohn Inc., which took control of the Searle pharmaceutical operations, and the current Monsanto Co. was incorporated as a subsidiary in October 2000.
  • 2002: PCB trial results in sharp drop in stock price.

Fritz ter Meer, convicted of mass murder, served just 5 prison years, then “conveniently” became the chairman of Bayer’s supervisory board.

Carl Wurster of BASF helped manufacture Zyklon-B gas, the powerful pesticide used to execute millions of Jews. He knew the use of this product was for annihilation, and his partners in crime were convicted and hanged in 1946.

Arthur Rudolph, director of the concentration camp where 20,000 Jewish and Polish workers died from beatings, hangings and starvation, was granted U.S. citizenship and went on to design the Saturn 5 rocket used in the Apollo moon landings.

Kurt Blome, who admitted to killing Jews with “gruesome experiments,” was hired in 1951 by the U.S. Army Chemical Corps to work on chemical warfare.

Big Pharma’s evil seeds, which the FDA calls medicine, were first planted in the United States 65 years ago. Exposing Monsanto – The Biotech Tyranny Multinational Company [Part 1]

Monsanto is a BioTech Fortune 500 Company whose main focuses are Genetically Modified Seeds, crop protection chemicals, as well as plant biotechnological traits.1  It would seem that Monsanto – just like any other company would claim – has the “best” interest of its’ ‘consumer’.  Perhaps that was the case in the past, but their current track record speaks volumes which permeate otherwise.

Monsanto states on its very website that it could not exist without farmers.2  Lo and behold, in pure draconian standard, they have done nigh everything to pressure small farmers out of business – even coercing farmers into using the dangerous herbicide Round-Up.3  This conglomerate has even gone on record admiting filing 144 lawsuits againts farmers while concurrently settling another 700 cases for “patent infringement” that involves the contamination of non-genetically modified [Non-GMO] and organic crops with genetically modified traits and materials.4  Monsanto has even been sued for knowingly poisoning farmers.5

Furthermore, another disconcerting point about the Agriculture Giant’s audacious approach is the fact they have undertaken the job of attempting to assimilate as many seeds as possible without regard.  Monsanto has deemed many seeds their property through pattenting, not only in order to receive royalties but also to control nature itself, carrying out something that is arguably more insidious.6

As Rockefeller puppet and globalist Henry Kissinger stated once:

Who controls the food supply controls the people; who controls the energy can control whole continents; who controls money can control the world.”

Those of you who have done your homework/research and read the Federal Reserve information by Dean Henderson [and countless others, for that matter] know that, the four horsemen of Banking [Bank of America, JP Morgan Chase, Citigroup & Wells Fargo] own literally – the four horsemen of Oil [Exxon Mobile, Royal Dutch/Shell, BP Amoco & Chevron Texaco] thus controlling energy.7  And through the proxy Private [Un]Federal Reserve, the same Banking Cartels also control the money supply.  What does that leave? – Food.

Who is beginning to control a large portion of the food? You guessed it, Monsanto.

Succinctly stated, if the biotech company really wanted to flat out control the food supply, then they – hypothetically speaking – are doing a damned good job at it.

Monsanto now supplies 90 percent of the Genetically Engineered Seeds used in the US market.8

It is incredibly outrageous that in the United States GMO [genetically modified organisms] food is not required to be labelled, which makes it impossible to know what is in your food.9  With countless side effects that GMO foods pose, the only ways to really protect yourself and your family are by purchasing products that are labelled organic or growing them yourself.

Genetically modified foods have been shown to have detrimental side effects.

In a study conducted discussed in the International Journal of Biological Sciences in 2009, the dangers of GMO were shown quite evidently:

“There is a world-wide debate concerning the safety and regulatory approval process of genetically modified (GM) crops and foods. In order to scientifically address this issue, it is necessary to have access to toxicological tests, preferably on mammals, performed over the longest time-scales involving detailed blood and organ system analyses.”the introduction states. “For the first time in the world, we’ve proven that GMO are neither sufficiently healthy nor proper to be commercialized…Each time, for all three GMOs, the kidneys and liver, which are the main organs that react to a chemical food poisoning, had problems,” indicated Gilles-Eric Séralini, an expert member of the Commission for Biotechnology Reevaluation.10, 11

Health Basics – What’s really behind the ingredient ‘Natural Flavors?’

[NaturalNews] What does the term “natural flavors” really mean? Could it be that the term “natural flavors” includes genetically modified, pesticide-laden food? There are also plenty of “food products” on the shelves that read “all natural” on the label, but they still contain large amounts of synthetic, laboratory-concocted food agents, many of which cause diseases and disorders. So how much more confusing can it get to simply shop for food that doesn’t kill you slowly?

Exactly who makes the rules about terms put on labels? You better hope it doesn’t all fall in the hands of the FDA, the same organization responsible for allowing genetically modified food to exist and be sold completely undercover ever since its inception. And does natural flavoring include the migraine headache monster monosodium glutamate? Also, can “natural flavoring” include bugs that are ground up to turn your food into some “happy” colors that help you celebrate some birthday or big event? One final question: could “natural flavoring” mean the food contains meat, even though it’s a vegetarian or vegan product?

Maybe “natural flavoring” means it’s not natural at all, instead, some food scientists were paid millions to create un-natural, immune system “crippling” foods, drinks, candies and medicine, just to make some extra money off of your sickness. There’s a point where conspiracy theory bleeds over into the real world of unnatural food and medicine, where paranoia of cancer scams and epidemics spill over into actual statistics (United States), the ones which include every other man and every third women in the most “powerful country in the world.”

MSG, Aspartame and bugs in your food are all considered “natural flavors” and “natural colors”

Do you know what autolyzed yeast extract really is? It’s MSG. Do you know what hydrolyzed soy protein (also MSG) does to your body? Have you thought about eating some beetles lately, or do you only do that when you have cupcakes, popsicles, birthday cake and cough medicine?

Has your doctor discussed with you the fact that your ingestion of artificial sweeteners may be the main cause of your muscle aches, headaches, irritable bowels and even fibromyalgia? Do allopathic doctors, surgeons and oncologists in America have to take even one single class in college on nutrition? No, they don’t. What about continuing education to keep up with the latest food toxins? Nope!

Who regulates whether or not something qualifies as a “natural flavor?” Who does inspections at factories and laboratories, or is that left up to the manufacturer, much like the way it’s up to vaccine manufacturers to report adverse effects? When the police themselves are crooks, there’s no “policing” of the crimes they are committing. In fact, the whole differentiation of GMO & artificial from Natural & Organic has become a murky mess. The line of distinction between foods labeled “all natural” and cancer causing food is not only blurred, it barely exists.

First of all, regulations for the word “natural” only apply to flavors; anywhere else you find it on food packaging means absolutely nothing regarding quality. Secondly, the FDA definition of “natural flavors” and “natural flavoring” allows for the substance to be extracted from plant or animal “matter.” So when you buy something that’sorganic, vegetarian, or vegan, and it has “natural flavoring,” you could be eating a pig, cow, turkey, chicken, or lamb which was shot up with growth hormones, fed GMO pesticide-laden corn and grain – probably mixed with other animals of it’s same breed, then shot up with antibiotics due to infections and diseases from living in confined quarters on slats covered in feces.

Your enemy wears a friendly mask

Gary Reineccius, a professor in the Department of Food Science & Nutrition at the University of Minnesota has a tricky explanation for all you researchers. He convinces you to think more about the practical difference between “natural flavoring” and artificial flavoring, which is an angle that might make you think he’s looking out for your best interest, but then he contends that the “flavorist” creating any artificial flavoring could never achieve the same “desired flavor,” and therefore, if a consumer “purchases an apple beverage that contains an artificial flavor, he/she will ingest the same primary chemicals that he/she would take in if he/she had chosen a naturally flavored apple beverage. What a complete farce!

Of course, this makes no sense at all, but it’s one of those resources out there to throw consumers off track who have the energy and the “gumption” to look up the difference online. MSG is the grim reaper of food additives

Monosodium Glutamate is a neurotoxin that can be legally hidden from you and/or be labeled “natural flavors” in the ingredients list. MSG is not a natural flavor – in fact, it can cause brain lesions, neuro-endocrine disorders, and neurodegenerative disease in humans, but you won’t hear any doctors of Western Medicine mentioning that at your next extreme migraine emergency visit. There are more than 25 names for MSG, so sometimes you find it spread out a little, just in case the manufacturer gets “checked out” by anyone other than the FDA.

The FDA does not require that any source of MSG be identified. This means that the FDA code does not require that “constituents” of an ingredient be disclosed to the consumer. Yet in hundreds of studies around the world, scientists are creating obese mice using MSG because it triples the amount of insulin the pancreas creates, causing rats (and perhaps humans) to become obese. This is what the FDA calls natural. There’s even a name for the fat rodents that eat this “Natural Flavor” additive: they’re called “MSG-Treated Rats.”

Not only is MSG scientifically proven to cause obesity, it is an addictive substance. Since its introduction into the American food supply 50 years ago, MSG has been added in larger and larger doses to processed meals, soups, chips, and fast foods. The FDA has set no limits on how much of it can be added to food.
